Melanie Dickerson

Melanie is the Director of Internal Operations at Applied Consultants. She began her career in the oil and gas industry in 2013, initially serving as an Operations Assistant before advancing to Accounting Manager, where she oversaw both billing and payroll departments.

Melanie joined Applied Consultants in 2018 following the acquisition of STS Consulting Services. In her current role, she continues to lead the billing and payroll teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal support across the company.
