Glenn Davis - President

Glenn is very much involved with the everyday activities of the business. He maintains personal contact with all staff members and is always ready to offer his assistance. Glenn’s 40 years experience in all phases of quality inspection and business guidance, he has coordinated projects for most of the major companies both domestic and international.




Anthony "Tony" Perot
Vice President - Operations

Tony brings over 40 years of extensive experience
in the natural gas and oil field construction industry to Applied Consultants. Tony’s domestic and international experience includes construction and construction management of onshore and offshore pipelines, natural gas compressor stations and related piping, oil pumping stations, piping, meter and regulator facilities.

Fred Walker - Vice President
Fred has coordinated construction and operation activity in the oil and gas industry for the past 43 years. His vast experiences in both technical and practical aspects in construction project development are an asset to any project. Fred’s knowledge of the oil and gas industry enables him to complete projects on schedule, safely and within budget.

Jerry Gump, P.E.
Vice President - Engineering

Jerry with 29 years of experience in gas plants, pipelines, and gas marketing. Jerry has the background to assist you in your engineering requirements. Jerry is registered as a Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He received the Engineer of the Year award in 2005 from the Dallas local chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Jerry has the knowledge to address both the commercial and technical requirements of your project, providing a total solution.
