Glenn’s 40 years experience in all phases of quality inspection and business guidance, he has coordinated projects for most of the major companies both domestic and international.

Fred Walker has coordinated operation, maintenance, and construction activities in the oil and gas industry for the past 45 years. His experience in plant and pipeline operations as well as construction of pipelines, compressor
stations and plant facilities are an asset to any project. Fred worked for Delhi Gas Pipeline for 24 years serving as the East Texas Construction Superintendent for 17 years.

Matt Cheney joined Applied Consultants in 2005. Matt is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Matt has held various positions with Applied Consultants and WrapMaster since joining our staff. Matt started as a Construction Coordinator, General Manager of WrapMaster, Operations Manager and recently was promoted to Vice President of Operations.

Jerry began his career in 1980 with Oryx Energy Company where he held positions in both gas processing and gas marketing. His experience includes project management; gas processing plant design, simulation, startup and troubleshooting; sales and leasing of amine plant & other equipment; pipeline design & engineering; due diligence;and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Jerry is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a B.S., Chemical Engineering degree from Texas A&M University (1980). Jerry joined Applied Consultants in 2005.
